Which Specialist Doctor Should I Consult As I Was Diagnosed With Menieres Disease?

I have been diagnosed with menieres disease and would like to see a specialist to learn more as I lost approx 70%hearing in one ear 11 years ago but only now am having vertigo nausea tinnitis symptoms. Is ear nose and throat specialsit the one for me?
