Which Specialist Is Recommended For Mentally Retarded,blind And Deaf Patients?
My brother is mentally handicapped, almost blind and deaf. I am trying to locate a doctor who can see him. He has been sick off and on for months now but without being able to communicate we are at a loss. Where would I go to find a doctor who can treat an adult with special needs?

i feel sorry for your brother and at the same time i am happy that you are so conerned.first of all we need to explore the possibility of healthy vision and hearing capacity by getting examined by EYE/ENT specialist doctor.
after that you should look for school for special children with cerebral palsy,polio,schools for blind for his rehabilitation and vocational training.
