This can be due to muscular cramps in the chest wall, which is also termed as costochondritis. Consult your physician and get evaluated.
Take care
Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum,
You may be suffering from Constochondritis, which is the infection of the cartilage which connects your ribs to breast bone (Sternum). The cause can be a Physical Injury, strain, infection or pain from other areas of your body (Radiating pain). You can take Tab. Ibuprofen 400mg thrice daily, along with rest, gentle exercise like brisk walking and applying heat pads where you feel the pain. Once your pain is gone, continue taking it easy. Resume your normal activities slowly. Take Care.
