My son has numerous white and red spots on his throat , roof of his mouth and only one on his tongue . He has a slight fever and is dizzy and nauseous. He is 14 years old. He is having trouble swallowing and is very uncomfortable. His rapid strep came back negative. What could he possibly have and what can I do to help make him more comfortable
