White Boils On Foreskin. No Change After Using Candid B, Sofinex For Fungal Infection. Specialist Consultation Required?

Hi,
Ive this problem since months where there are white boils in the inner layer of my foreskin, they're not of a similar shape but are not big in size (They're not on the glans but on the foreskin only), i have consulted my family doctor and he has told me that its fungal infection and prescribed me 'candid b in the night and sofinox tube in the morning after bath. Till date there have been no changes, ive been applying the tubes for more than two months. I'm worried, should go see a skin specialist?

I think there is a possibility that you could be having what we call 'pearly penile papules' which are entirely harmless, and do not require treatment.
However, if you are indeed worried, I suggest you upload a picture of these lesions and we will see if there is any other possibility based on which you can decide whether you can visit a dermatologist or not.
