White Bump On Lower Lip, Sexually Inactive, Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, Lactose Intolerance. Is This STD?

I've been unable to keep food down for the past 48 hours, about 5 hours ago, I was able to eat food and keep it down for the first time. I've experienced no symptoms, except also noticing a white bump appear on my lower lip on the inside. I just noticed it about the time I was able to keep food down. I have not been sexually active in 6 months. I've given blood to the Red Cross and Had multiple blood tests done for a Upper Respiratory Tract Infection I had in Semptember. I also was admited to the hospital in September for a Lactose Intolerance Problem, and they took my blood then also. So far, I've never been told I have any STD of any kind. What could be this white bump?

Hi, it appears to be a boil, if left may spread over to the side of the face, and other parts. It has nothing to do with the S.T.D.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an incision and drainage of the boil, and to use antibiotc for complete relief of infection. Thank you.
