Hello, My fiance has white little bumps on the foreskin of his penis He is uncircumsized. What coudl this be?

In an uncircumcised prepuce smegma or secretions get collected and can form small bead like appearance and can be removed graadually or can be teased off after softeing it with vaseline.If it does not improve then see a Urologist or a General or Plastic surgeon to remove it. Lot of times this can be done in the office.
