hi,
i had endometriosis iv stage and had laproscopy 7 months ago. since then i have been trying to get pregnant. this month i have been charting my bbt and today is my 28th of day of cycle and temperature for today is 36.8 C .Two days ago i had prick of blood in white discharge and yesterday i had brown followed by pinkish discharge.
i tested HPT on 26th of my cycle and it came out negitive. Could i be pregnant ?
Hi, HPT can read well 3-7 days after a missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. As it is not so sensitive, it cannot be read before a missed period. For this purpose, you should take the blood test for serum beta-hCG estimation which is both specific and sensitive. Ovulation is indicated in BBT chart by a sudden spurt in the temperature of up to 0.5 degrees. This is seen during mid-cycle. The discharge you have now is probably premenstrual. Hope your query is answered. Take care.
