how to remove white mark on my right hand finger due to burn .Last year I have faced a accident , the four finger of my right hand burn badly,immediately I rushed to my house physition and recover soon. you are having a Post inflammatory hypo pigmentation.This is a loss of skin color (pigmentation) after your skin heals from an injury. The pigment-producing cells (melanocytes) are damaged or destroyed in the healing process.
Treating post-inflammatory hypopigmentation may involve the use of topical corticosteroids ,light or laser treatment, or surgical skin grafting.There are topical photosensitizing agents that help repigmentation of skin like psoralens.
The choice of agent,duration of treatment and the chances of regimentation can be commented on only by inspecting the size and extent of the hypo pigmented area.
You can consult your dermatologist for adequate treatment of the same.
