White Oval Patch, Itching. Labial Lesion. Had A Biopsy. What Could Be Wrong?
I have a small oval white patch the doctor called a labial leasion and they put acid on it and said hpv and to come back in 3 weeks and i did and a different doc said that doesnt look typical of hpv and said to get a biopsy, well now i noticed a couple little ones near my rectum and have had some intense itch and pain not at the same time though, what could it be?
Hello, Thanks for the query. White oval itchy patch in labial area usually denotes Lichen sclerosis. It is a progressive condition and is related to autoimmunity. Another possibility can be morphea.
Acid wont help you. You need treatment with potent steroids.
