I have these spots smooth white painless on my shaft of my penis... I also have psoriasis down there...I looked on line and I think it might be fordyce spots but not sure... I have those spots on my upper lip so i dunno.... I hope its not herpes or warts but its smooth and painless... Maybe its something to do with the psoriasis?
Hope you can help
Fordy's the lesion will persist for months, looks as if grouped follicles at a place with the skin or mucus membrane color.
Herpes will be a self limiting condition appear as vesicles and then tiny grouped ulcers and will heal spontaneously within a week or two and may be painful.
Your condition is probably related to your psoriasis only.
If you could upload the pictures of the lesion a better opinion may be able to be given.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
