White Spots On Iris, Good Eyesight In Both Eyes, Right Eye Pain. Treatment?

Hi there, I am female and 24 years old. I have a small white speck that looks like it is floating on the lens (on the iris) of my right eye. It has been there for about a month now... It looks like something that can be wiped away, but when I touch it, it does not budge. I have never worn contact lenses and I have every good eyesight in both eyes. Today, however, this right eye is aching. What is this?

Hi..
I want to know where exactly are you seeing white spots..
Over the ocular surface or inside the eye?
Good that you don't have any visual problems..
For the pain you can do warm compresses.
Please elaborate on the lesions so that I can answer..
