** 1.since symptoms are occurring right after brushing, it could be the top layer of skin in your mouth shedding away in response to a strong/harsh toothpaste especially those containing hydrogen peroxide or BAKING SODA, but it's not indicative of any particular pathology, since not occurring on the tongue thus, leukoplakia or lichen planus can be ruled out. 2. dry mouth is one condition which causes increased bacterial activity, and damages the teeth, see a dentist for any dental pathology. [for gum disease and cavities]. 3. use of alcohol, peroxide and vinegar are underlying causes of the same, try switching to a non-whitening toothpaste and discontinue any mouthwash.
PS . it can be oral thrush, which is a yeast infection of the mouth and occurs during times of decreased immunity or when a person is taking antibiotics. You should see a physician to confirm the diagnosis. Initial treatment involves salt water rinses and eating yogurt or probiotics containing Lactobacillus.
