Why I Am Having Dull Pain In Lower Right Side With No Other Symptoms?

I have low grade dull pain in my lower right side. I have no fever, nausea or vomiting. The pain has been constant for four or five days. My blood pressure is normal. My heart rate is normal. I am not diabetic nor do I have any heart condition or other ongoing illness. I have been physically active (going under the house, working under the sink putting in new faucets, etc) I am 68 yrs old.
