Why I Am Unable To Put Pressure On Knees After Total Knee Replacement? What Is Causing Pain In Ankles?
Three years ago I had a total knee replacement. It is still difficult for me to put full pressure on my knee...why is that? Second question, I have been experiencing pain in my ankles what is going on? I do stand on my feet at work for several hours could that be it?
you can put full pressure on your knee you need to do that to maintain your posture because of these you are putting entire weight on the ankles causing ankle strain. good physiothearpy with active quadriceps exercises will help you and train you to put entire pressure on tne knee and feet for appropriate posture. you need a frequent breaks for prolonged standing job.
