Dear Afib, Welcome to HealthcareMagic!
Your symptoms are non-specific & incomplete but still, diagnostic possibilities of weakness due to anaemia, perimenopausal symptoms, other gynecologic causes, dietary deficiency, pulmonary diseases like asthma, etc., may have to be considered. I advice you to consult a general physician 1st. You require a clinical examination followed by directed investigations. Good luck.
