Hi,

With the history it sounds to me that you are having Hypertension and on medication for the same. Now you are feeling weak with the lower limbs and not able to have good gait. Feeling tiredness and change of taste?

I would like to ask you how often you indulge yourself into the physical activity in a week? Like exercise? Recent research studies have observed that people doing regular exercises for 20-30 minutes a day are having good control over their blood pressure throughout the day.

Next with cramps, you are facing one as you losing more salt through urine. This is also due to sodium channel malfunction at the tissue level. Having doing regular exercise and monitoring the medicine dosage is advised.

Weakness in legs is common in ageing as there is possibility of muscle fibers to become weaker with no physical exercises. I will advice you to get indulge into one.

or taste buds issue I will advice you to have a word with your family physician as in hypertension these change in taste is common. Most cases with hypertension are having good ADL with combination of medicine and exercise therapy as per the research studies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
