Why Am I Feeling Nauseous, Shaky, Sweating?

I feel nauseous, shaky, and I'm sweating. I just felt like I had to vomit but nothing would come up just dry heaves. I have no medical conditions other than allergies and I am not on any prescribtion drugs other than birth control. What could be wrong with me?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the gastric irritation, due to the ulcer, hepatitis, etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have gastroscopy, ultrasound, and other tests for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, and domperidone till the diagnosis is established.
