Why Have I Been Feeling Shaky And Nauseous?

For the past 7 months or so i have been feeling shaky and weak as if i am going to faint. I also feel sick with this and one minute i m hungry and the next minute my appetite goes. I feel like this right now an i just feel like i am going to pass out i cant stand up or i fall to the floor. What is wrong with me?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the gastric irritation, or diabetes,or some problem with the muscular weakness.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have gastroscopy, blood sugar, E.C.G, and other tests for confirmation.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
