Why Am I Having Extreme Chest Pains?

Have been having chest pain over the last year and have had stress test that ruled out the heart, but continue to have intense chest pressure, like a belt around you just at lower rib, leading too vomiting and pain so intense that I can't sleep, have heard the term nutcracker syndrome nothing I do seems to relive any of the pain any ideas would be welcomed.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, nutcracker esophagus is a possibility.
It is due to sudden spasm of esophagus.
Another possibility is GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of vomiting, chest pain etc.
So for the diagnosis of both these conditions, you need upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy.
Treatment is avoidance of stress, tension, hot and spicy food.
Proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs are also helpful.
So don't worry, consult gastroenterologist and discuss all these.
You will mostly improve with all these.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
