Why Am I Having Pain In My Testicles And Lower Abdomen ?

hi i am 21 years old guy....from last 7 days i have pain in my both tesicles nad lower abdomen as well...pain is slightly increased....and find uncomfortable while walkin.....really worried pls help.....

The pain in testicles & lower abdomen is sign of infection in testes ;also please see whether you have any burning;pain or frequency in urine saying it could be a urinary track infection also.Please consult a doctor so that he can examine you & provide the necessary treatment for your infection.Do it ASAP.
