Why Am I Having These Symptoms Of Dizziness ?

8 days delayed but negative pregtest and i feel dizzy everytime i woke up and lay down am i pregnant .

Thanks for query,
Some time urine test is not reliable.
As your period is late by 8 days ,chances of having pregnancy is there.
Go for blood hcg test to confirm.

Thanks for the query. Dizziness everytime u get up and lie down is not a sign of pregnancy. Its too early for a urine pregnancy test and at this time false negatives are common. I suggest your repeat it again after 1 week. Meet a gynaec. Have a healthy living
