Why Am I Missing My Periods Inspite Of Taking Medicines?

Hi Doctor

I'm 28 years old female who has menstrual cycle disorder, I have been on Duphaston 10 mg for 5 day- 2 tablet a day, and I still miss my period 7 days from I stopped taken Duphaston !!!
It there a problem with my case? and what should I do ?
