Why Am I Not Getting Pregnant?

I am 32 and have been having a fluid like discharge mid cycle around my fertile period, it s enough that I have to wear a pad and is clear, sometimes yellow in colour and sometimes has some blood. I have been trying to have another child for 2years. I have had an MRI and it has found a left sided hydrosalpinx. Is this the cause for the fluid, and what are my options with regards to fertility, is this why I can t get pregnant? I am an nhs patient and am not due to see anyone for over a month, so am quite anxious about it!

THE FLUID AND MILD BLOOD SPOTTING DURING YOUR FERTILE PERIOD IS NORMAL AND ITS CALLED MITELSCHEMERZ IN MEDICAL TERM.
THIS FLUID DISCHARGE IS NOT DUE TO HYDROSALPINX.
HYDROSALPINX SUGGEST BLOCKED TUBE WHICH MIGHT BE CAUSING DIFFICULTY IN CONCEIVE.
YOU CAN CONFIRM DIAGNOSIS BY HSG .
IF HYDROSALPINX IS THERE, SURGICAL TREATMENT WILL CURE IT.
SO YOU HAVE CHANCE OF BECOMING PREGNANCY.
