Hello! Thank you for writing to us.
Well done for the dedication that you have for yourself. I want to explain that not everyone has the same
metabolism so although different people eat the sane amount they don't burn it the same way. Everything is math. In order to lose weight you should burn more calories than you eat. I recommend you to eat a high protein diet such as: eggs, fish, chicken, milk, cottage cheese, cheese, a lot of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables help your
peristalsis of intestine. If we compare for example 10g of
proteins with 10g of carbohydrates and 10 gram of fat the result is that fats contain more calories, then come carbohydrates and then come proteins. So it is good in order to take less calories but all the nutrients you need to consume more proteins, try to cut off carbohydrates such as: white bread, white rice, especially cookies and spaghetti. And try not to consume fats saturated fats, especially butter. Try to eat instead one spoon per day of olive oil with the salad. In order to feel your stomach full consume at first a large bowl with salad, eat slow and than it soup. You will feel less hungry. Try to change your workout routine, try to do weightlifting. After doing 15 minutes of trademill do weightlifting because it burns more calories you will build lean muscles and you will burn more calories even during the day as your metabolism rate reises. And after
weight training do 15 minutes cardio again. If you stay true to these you will see results even the end of the first month. Best regards.
