Why Am I Pooping And Throwing Up After Caring For Sick Children?

Two days ago i was over a friends house .She was babysitting 3 sick kids that were throwing up and pooping excessivly. I helped her with them and last night out of no where i started throwing up and pooping at the same time and have been off and on for the last 15 hours off and on. I don't even feel like i gotta vomit it just comes and soon after i start i gotta use the bath room . my friend is going threw the same thing too. what is it??

hello, thanks for your query, you both might have affected with acute gastroenteritis from those sick children. episodes for every 15 mts may take u to severa dehydration. start plenty of oral fluids, coconut water, ors oral fluids.start gut antibiotics like cirplox- tz( ciprofloxaxin+ tinidazole twice daily, with tab. pantoprazole+ donmperidone) twice daily. if d episodes r persistent n becoming severe plz do visit physician for I've fluids and antibiotics. all the best. take care.
