Hi, there are many causes of restricted mouth opening. They are TMJ ankylosis, muscle atrophy and Oral submucous fibrosis. you have to tell something more about yourself, any habit of tobacco chewing, smoking, lower back tooth infection, trauma. these all are the reasons for restricted mouth opening.
