Why Am I Getting Pain In My Stomach After My Periods?
i had my period two weeks ago, it was only for 3 days. 5 days after I have been feeling an extreem pain in my left stomick and yesterday i was some pink spotting blood. Very light pink was not like 5 drops. I am still in so much pain and i have a lot of gas

Hi,
Stomach pain after periods can be due to muscle spasms occurring after periods. Also, there may be super-added gastritis. Start a pantoprazole course with drotaverine (antispasmodic).
