Why Am I Having A Throbbing Feeling In Anal Area?

hi doctor. recently I have been having some throbbing like feeling in my anal area. Not real painful, but noticeable. Just wondering what this could be. no bleeding or anything. my stools are pretty normal, soft a lot, thin at times. But no pain when I go. I try to eat a lot of fiber during breakfast.

This kind of symptom is very non specific. May be due to mechanical
strain. However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess
this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.
