Why Am I Having Pain In Hand,wrist, Arm And Shoulder?

its been a year with hand wrist arm shoulder pain ive been diagnosed with carpal tunnel then 6 months later tendonitis i have not been given i got a nerve test for carpal tunnel and came out mild but i have not been given an mri a week ago i just got a cortisone shot inserted in both wrist and now im in more pain and i cant lift my arm bicep and shoulder hurts and have warm spots on shoulder
