Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If all the investigations of both the partners are normal, then it is known as unexplained infertility.
In this scenario, the treatment needs to be done stepwise, when the next step is followed when the previous one fails:
1. Ovulation induction with drugs
2. Intrauterine insemination
3. In vitro fertilization.
I suggest you to consult an infertility specialist for proper treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful .
Wishing you good health.
