redness is concerned it`s related to
- common skin reaction of
lupus : patches of red and raised "discoid" skin
lesions on sun exposed areas such as face and hands.
- very thin, fair skin texture making underlying vessels more prominent -
hypercirculation of microvessels
- certain body gestures like rubbing frequently -
anxiety related -
idiopathic without reasons.
*As you had lupus in 2009 , I would suggest to consult a Skin specialist at
earliest, get perfect diagnosis & cure accordingly.
