I am 36 years old, 4th child but the last was 12 years ago. I am 4 months postpartum and after a short walk my legs are weak and pelvis is sore .

You haven't mentioned if you have had a Cesarean? If you have had this procedure it is common to experience soreness in pelvic area. Are you on any medications? Get your Hemoglobin checked and Kindly get yourself examined by a Gynecologist.

I did not have a cesarean and no I am not on any medication. Just want to get back into shape and it is hard, after a short walk I am sore. If I sit for any period of time it is hard to stand up.
