Tingling with pins and needles often suggest that you have a Nerve compression.
We recommend consulting a neurologist first. He will get Nerve conduction studies done for the limbs as well as a Lumbar Spine MRI.
If MRI suggest any compression of a Nerve root, decompression, via physiotherapy or surgery will ease the problem.
Good Luck !
