Hi.
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

You can maximum expect a week delay of your regular cycle. If you are of the reproductive age group, do HPT to rule out pregnancy.

If not, your symptoms could be due to UTI by yeast or bacterial infections, anemia, thyroid disorder, PCOS etc. I advice you to,
- Do CBC to know the hemoglobin status
- TFT
- USG pelvis to find out any underlying pathology
- antispasmodics
- Hot fomentation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
