Why Are My Periods Late, Stomach Cramping And Nipples Sore?
my husband has a vasectory nearly a year ago and never went back for a check afterwards. My period is 8 or more days late. My stomach is cramping (like period pains) I have a horrible taste in my mouth my nipples are sore to touch some lower back pain and feel nausa could I be pregnant?

Actually, after vasectomy, a follow up semen analysis is to be done for confirmation of contraception. If your husband has not done it, to exclude pregnancy it's essential to get his semen analyzed after 3 days of abstinence. Hormonal imbalance can be other possibility needs to be excluded by investigations &physical examination by expert gynecologist.
