Hello and welcome to HCM,
Elevation of SGOT, SGPT and GGT levels in blood suggests a liver disease or liver pathology.
Alcohol is one of the most common cause of deranged liver functions.
However, there are other causes of liver disease.
Viral hepatitis, non alcoholic steatohepatitis, drugs, toxins etc are other common causes of elevated liver enzymes.
You need to get other liver function tests - alkaline phosphatase, total proteins, bilirubin to get more information and consult your doctor with the report.
Further work up will depend on the result of these tests.
A liver biopsy may also be required.

Thanks and take care
