Why Continuous Stabbing Pain At The Back Of The Head And Myopic Eyes Predominant In The Day Time. Glaucoma Test Normal.
Hello, For about 8 months I have been having stabbing pain inside my eyes (I don’t mean on the surface of the eye due to dryness). The feeling is like as if somebody is stabbing from inside my eye using a knife or so. In addition to that the pain is accompanied by stabbing pain in the back of my head. I have visited many doctors and did retinal check-up, glaucoma test but there was no indication of any problem. The pain is more predominate in the daytime than in the night time. Please note that this happened to me after an increase in the number of floaters (retinal detachment examination was negative though) Also note that I have high myopia (6.5 in each eye) and that I am 36 years old Can you please advise what might the causes for this continuous stabbing pain might be? Kind regards
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears to be the head ache not related to the eyes, It may be the sinusitis, or tension head ache. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to prevent such things. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
