Why Do I Feel Physically Drained And Mild Fever?
Hello, I am desperate. I was sick all last week, first with a stomach bug and a temperature, after that I just felt weak, physically drained, and I still had a temperature. I missed class because of this, is there any way I can get a doctor to write me a note for last week?
