Why Do I Feel Sleepy During The Day?
cause of sleepiness during the day, can t keep my eyes open. been going on for 3 weeks now. my eyes lids are so heavy, my head drops down, but can t take a nap. been going to bed at 7:00 pm, waking up at 6:30-7:00. Plenty of sleep at nite. Can t understand why I m sleepy and feel exhausted.

If you feel sleepy then there are certain conditions that need to be ruled out, first is blood sugar level, hypertension, drug history, cerebral pathology, and others, age and gender is also matter here which are missing, better to get done some tests, and last but not least anxiety and depression this is also one of the reason, have a nice day.
