I continued having cramps since my last menstrual cycle..It feels like i am still having my cycle but without the bleeding..I am also having some nausea and now pain in my belly button..I am not sleeping at night and have gain some weight in my abdomen area..I am not pregnant..I did a pregnancy test and it was negative...this has been going on for about six weeks now...I thought i was pregnant because i had all the symptoms but then my cycle came but earlier than normal...i am also having breast pain and it feels like im leaking milk sometimes...What could this be?
