Why Do I Have Headache And Dizziness After Taking Solu Medrol Drip For Hypertension?
hello I have multiple sclerosis rrms. this is day one of my solumedrol drip at home. I also have hypertension and recently restarted benzapril last Wednesday. the neurologist also prescribed hydo...-supplemental blood pressure medicine while on the steroid drip at home. I took that tonight. my bp before taking supplement was 147/102 pulse 83. about an hour ago I agree a bit of mac n cheese and chicken and also took the supplement. bp now 157/111 pulse 100 with little headache and some dizziness. should I be concerned or just wait out our because of the sodium In the food. I don t want to bug my doctor. I felt I may be bothering her

Your blood pressure is a bit high and other pills should be added to therapy.
If i was your treating doctor i would add HCTZ and amlodipine to keep the BP within target limits (
