Why Do I Have Pregnancy Like Symptoms?
Thank you! I am post menopausal (70) and have had sore, swollen breasts, with some noticeable, but slight, pain in my right breast at times. This is almost like I am experiencing a pregnancy . I have had a complete hysterectomy. Please excuse my spelling.......:-(

Breast pain is somewhat abnormal in postmenopausal women.
Better to get examined once.
Consult gynecologist or general surgeon and get examined.
Go for mammography with her advice.
If any specific mass is noted, better to go for fine needle aspiration biopsy from that mass.
By these investigations the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treatment can be planned accordingly.
In case of simple infection, antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs can cure the problem.
Otherwise some radical treatment may be needed.
