Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for asking your question
I completely understand your problem
sleep disturbances are common now a days. you need to consult a sleep specialist or a pulmonologist for that .
he can request for a polysomnography or a sleep study to evaluate the cause .
for chest pain a pulmonologist can request a chest xray and evaluate the cause for it.
you need to be calm and for now you can take some anagesics
actually after exercise if there is chest pain u need to get an ecg done to rule out any cardiac issues like angina so u can go to a cardiologist .
thanks/ regards
