Why Do I Have Tightness In My Chest And Irregular Pulse?
I have been having tightness in my chest and can feel my heartbeat. It feels like it's skipping beats and pulse is irregular. It only happens when I sit or lie down and relax. I have worn a Holter monitor and it showed absolutely nothing! This happens daily....early morning and evening only. What could it be and why can't it be detected?

Its very unusual to miss the findings (abnormal pulse) on Holter monitoring.
If you have tightness of chest and breathing difficulty these can be still due to some pathology in the pericardium(sac covering the heart).Consult your doctor if its really disturbing your routine.
