Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there.

You seem to be suffering from cervical spondylitis and radiculopathy ......meaning degeneration of the bones in the neck along with compression of the nerve roots coming out of cervical spine region.

This seems to have been caused by prolonged sitting in front of computer screen in one position.

Now obviously you can't quit your job, so I would advise you to firstly get an Xray of the neck done and get it evaluated by an orthopaedic surgeon.
Start on injections neurokind plus & dexona once daily for 5 days.
Tablet nervemax, flexispaz
Hot fomentation to neck and back followed by diclofenac gel massage.
Learn cervical isometric exercises from a physiotherapist and do them every 2 hours while you are at your job.

I hope my advice is of help.
Good luck

Psychologist Dr. Soni Verma's  Response
Hello & Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through your case, you do not need to worry instead you need good life style & correct sitting posture. This is a case of cervical spondylitis. You go for cervical vertebrae digital x-ray and find the exact diagnosis of affected vertebrae.Meanwhile you do the neck exercise under guidance, avoid pillow, try to keep ur computer on your shoulder level and take anti-inflammatory medicine with calcium. Hope you will fine by following these instruction.
Thanks & Regards
