Why Do I Suddenly Feel Weak And Dizzy And Have Hot Flashes?

I have recently been having very weird symptoms that come suddenly. I will be laying down and suddenly I will get very dizzy and feel super weak, that is then followed by becoming extremely hot and naseous. This is now happening once a day, what could it be?

I dont know your age and sex.Considering female adolacent, i think you should look for any other associated symptoms that may help for diagnosis.Like heart beat accelaration or its associated with brest tenderness/or with menstruation or any kind of fear that you may feel.Getting consultation with physician will be better.
