Why Do I Sweat While Sleeping ?

I am a male aged 45ys. my problem is, during sleeping have swatting at my head and neck which wet my pillow, I did not take any medicine except fevadol/panadol also get test of blood sugar (normal) BP (normal) Urine(normal) colestrol(normal). please advice.
