Whenever I sleep I sweat, day or night, it smells different but not foul. I have left lower quadrant pain, excessive gas and bloating whenever I eat, most times I can eat one meal a day and be sick the rest of the day but still have weight gain. My WBC's have been elevated when I go to the doctor lately. I have a strange discharge and cramps without menses.

my answer 1. sweating in sleep at night is very normal 2. one time meal and keeping stomach empty can often lead to boating souln: have frequent meals, do not stay empty stomach for more than 6 hours at stretch 3. pain in lower quadrant with elevated abc, suggest infection. a consultation to local physician will be needed, as a detailed emanation and history of the symptoms is needed 4. regarding weight gain, a detailed eating quantity pattern of eating and body parameter need to considered, therefore kindly provide with details in followup regarding eating pattern, current weight, height and age along with working activities.
