I am not sure if I should go to and allgery doctor or ear, nose or throat doctor. I sleep on my side and depending what side I sleep on I cannot breath out the side of my nose, it is all stopped up. The one side when I sleep I find that my top teeth are so tight, same thing do not bother me during the day. I have been checked by a denist and no problems. I am fine during the day no problems.
I would like you to go to a ent doctor as you can either be having a sinus problem or enlarged turbinates, i cannot tell for sure without examining you. He may do an endoscopy on you guide you further. Take care!
